Apparel Return Authorization Request

  • Use this form to request a return authorization
    for an apparel item which you purchased.
  • We will send you an email within 24 hours with instructions for your return.
    Please be patient!
  • You will pay for shipping to return your item.
    We will again pay shipping on the replacement item for one exchange instance only.  Exchanged items are final and cannot be exchanged again unless you pay shipping.
  • If you return your item order for a refund, your purchase price, less the original $15.00 cost of shipping the original order to you, will be refunded to your credit card within 5 days of receipt of the item to our returns department.
  • The returned item must be in perfect packaged condition, unworn and with all original tags attached to receive any exchange or refund. Items returned in any packaged condition except brand new will be charged a 35% restocking fee to replace the damaged packaging.
  • Itmes that have been used, worn or ridden or returned with any damage such as scratches, dirt, grease, rips, tears, or damage to the liner, finish, buckles,  straps,  or  labels or size stickers will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Do not return used, worn, dirty or damaged items to us or you will have to pay shipping charges to get your damaged item back.
  • You have 14 days from receipt of your item to request an exchange or a refund. Absolutely no return authorizations will be given after 14 days.
