All helmets are carefully inspected prior to shipping and are certified to be brand new and in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged helmet , file a damage claim immediately with the delivering carrier. If you receive a defective helmet, contact us immediately by email at email@example.com to arrange for a return authorization.

Do not ship your helmet to us without a return authorization.
Pack you helmet carefully and ship it prepaid via UPS Ground or any TRACKABLE carrier. We will not accept COD shipments and will refuse COD shipments.
If we determine that the helmet is defective, we will exchange it for the same size and finish helmet and ship it back to you. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before purchasing. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for an exchange. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis. We will do our best to make you happy.
