Defective Products:
If the product you  receive is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or defective in any way, please contact us immediately at (516) 855-7553 so that we can help you get a correct new item. We will provide a prepaid retun label via email that you can print so that you can return the item to us at no cost to you and get you a replacement item again at no cost to you.

Customer Remorse:
Measure  carefully and use the sizing charts to select the proper size helmet or clothing item.
Every item has a special unique size chart so be sure to check and use the correct chart.

If you receive your item, and are unhappy with the fit, change you mind or no longer need or want the item, we will be happy to exchange it once for another size or give you a refund.

For a helmet return, fill out  the form at within 14 days of receipt of item and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions.
You must return the helmet to us via USPS Priority Mail prepaid only.
 any delivery service which does not deliver to Post Office Boxes as the shipment will be refused by the post office and returned to  you at  your expense.

For a clothing return, fill out  the form at within 14 days of receipt of item and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions.
You may use USPS, UPS, Fedex or any trackable carrier of your choice.

We will again pay free shipping on the replacement item for one exchange instance only.
Exchanged items are final and cannot be free exchanged again unless you pay shipping both ways.

If you return your item order for a refund, your purchase price, less the original cost of shipping the original order to you, will be refunded to your credit card within 5 days of receipt of the item to our returns department.

The returned item(s) must be in perfect packaged condition, unworn and with all original tags attached to receive any exchange or refund.

NOTE: Helmets returned in any packaged condition except brand new will be charged a 35% restocking fee to replace the damaged helmet boxes or bags.

Helmets that have been used, worn or ridden or returned with any damage such as scratches dents or dings, or damage to the liner, shell, finish, buckles,  straps, safety or dot labels or size stickers will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

Garments cannot be returned once you wear them.  DO NOT REMOVE any tags or labels from the garment , if you do you will not be able to return it.

We will refuse to honor any helmet or garment return request returned if it smells of perfume, cigarette or cigar smoke or is dirty or worn

Do not return used or damaged helmets or garments to us or you will have to pay shipping charges to get your damaged helmet or garment back.

You have 14 days from receipt of your item to request an exchange or a refund.

Exception will be allowed during the Christmas Season for Gift Giving.  Return requests will be accepted until January 9th, 2024 for any purchase between November 1st and December 25th, 2022.
