Return Authorization Request

  • Use this form to request a return authorization
    for a helmet which you purchased.

  • We will send you an email within 24 hours with instructions for your return.
    Please be patient!
  • You will pay for shipping to return your helmet.
    We will pay shipping on the replacement helmet.
  • The returned helmet must be in perfect packaged condition, unworn and with all original tags attached to receive any exchange or refund. Helmets returned in any packaged condition except brand new will be charged a 35% restocking fee to replace the damaged packaging.
  • Helmets that have been used, worn or ridden or returned with any damage such as scratches dents or dings, or damage to the liner, shell, finish, buckles,  straps, safety or dot labels or size stickers will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Do not return used or damaged helmets to us or you will have to pay shipping charges to get your damaged helmet back.
  • You have 14 days from receipt of your helmet to request an exchange or a refund. Absolutely no return authorizations will be given after 14 days.
